Londorf Capital is a private real estate investment company made up of a team of real estate, private equity and finance professionals. The company grew out of a larger privately owned investment group with heritage dating back to the early twentieth century to become a fully independent business from 2013.

Adding to our years of experience in the prime and super prime residential sectors, today we are broadening this to include a focus on social value creation in sectors such as healthcare and social housing. Through our in-house construction capabilities or through strategic partnerships with operators, developers and landowners we aim to create a vertically integrated best in class sustainable product in these sectors.
